Terms of Service

Welcome to Kiloport. These Terms of Service govern your use of the Kiloport website, mobile app, waste pickup, donation pickup, ecommerce, partner, vendor, and P2P marketplace services.
1. Account Registration
You must provide accurate account, contact, location, and profile information. OTPs, passwords, and session access must be kept secure. Duplicate or misleading phone, email, PAN, GST, bank, or location information may be rejected or reviewed.
2. Service Overview
Kiloport connects users with approved Buyers for waste and donation pickups, vendors for ecommerce products, and local users for same-zone P2P used-item listings. The platform provides software, serviceability checks, notifications, records, and safety workflows.
3. User Responsibilities
When using Kiloport, you agree to:
- Provide accurate descriptions, images, approximate weights, item condition, and pickup location.
- Ensure that the materials are ready and accessible at the scheduled pickup time.
- Verify assigned Buyer, driver, and vehicle details before handing over waste.
- Share pickup OTP only after payment or handover rules are satisfied.
- Not list prohibited, stolen, hazardous, illegal, misleading, or unsafe items.
- Treat Buyers, sellers, vendors, drivers, and support teams respectfully.
4. Waste Pickup, Donation, and Direct Payments
For normal waste sale pickups, the accepted Buyer pays the seller directly during pickup after final weight and rate verification. Kiloport receives only the configured platform fee from the Buyer. Sellers must collect the agreed amount before handing over waste and before sharing the final OTP.
Donation pickups do not create seller payable amounts. Donation or platform/admin fee handling is shown to the Buyer where applicable and is not a seller payout.
5. Ecommerce Orders
Ecommerce purchases are subject to product availability, vendor configuration, COD eligibility, shipping rules, cancellation, refund, and return policies shown during checkout or on the product page. Reviews are allowed only for delivered purchases.
6. P2P Used-Items Marketplace
P2P marketplace deals are direct between users in the same service zone. Kiloport does not collect commission or process payment for these P2P exchanges. Contact details remain hidden until the seller approves the contact request. Users must use chat and report tools responsibly.
7. Cancellations and Misuse
You may cancel eligible requests through the app or website where supported. Repeated no-shows, false listings, abusive chat, OTP misuse, fake KYC, or unsafe behavior may result in account restrictions.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and technology on the Kiloport platform are the intellectual property of Kiloport and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use, copy, or distribute our intellectual property without prior written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
Kiloport is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We are not responsible for direct user-to-user payments, misrepresented P2P items, off-platform arrangements, or delays caused by third parties, force majeure, incorrect user information, or unavailable service zones.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes. Your continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
